You give the cerebrospinal fluid, a clear fluid found in the brain and spine, in your body a chance to rest and repattern. You give yourself an invitation to renew. Bath time is deeply healing and dramatically increases your quality of life. Give yourself the gift of a bath frequently. Let the act of taking a bath be a testament to your love for yourself.
