The Magnificent Beauty Of A Relationship
For many couples who decide to part ways, the breakup is usually over control itself, or because of a constant control battle that cannot be neutralized. At the precise point of physical death, one lets go. It’s like the Universe has mapped out this singular curriculum for everyone to understand and experience firsthand during the course of their lifetime. The magnificent beauty of a relationship is that you learn how to navigate the space between. That space between is constructed of compassion, communication, and supporting your spouse to be the best version of themselves that they can be. You should also do this within your own heart as well, as an independent and sovereign human being. Have you heard the saying that success leaves clues? Surrendering control leaves clues too. Have you ever not been able to reach a word, a name, or a title in your mind? It feels as if it is on the tip of your tongue. Your mind keeps trying to reach for the title that you just can’t remember, and it becomes increasingly more frustrating and annoying. This is really going to bug me. I wish I could think of the title right now. And then you put it to the back of your mind.
Don't Look Back
You stop fighting and searching for the information and you surrender. You distract yourself with other things. And then guess what happens next when you least expect it? The title appears in your mind. When you let go and surrender, the Universe can deliver your desires into your reality to create healing or closure. You just have to surrender. We’re born, we live, we die. Plants, animals, stars, tides, and humans are all on the magnificent wheel of life. And when we remember the law of letting go, which I’m about to explain, then we can begin to guide our experience to be more mindful, trusting, and open to all possibilities. After I turned forty, I started noticing more gray hair appearing on my head. I would initially grab the tweezers and pluck them out before anyone noticed. And then I asked myself what trying to get rid of them says to the Universe. It says that growth must be hidden, ignored, and removed. Staying True To Your Heart
I love my gray hairs now. Sometimes I cover them up and other times I feel the silver wisdom and the deep honor of getting older. Another thing that some women tend to complain about is how much of an inconvenience having a monthly menstrual period can be. What if we switched our awareness to gratitude for the cyclic wisdom that is held within our bodies? Our bodies are actually vessels for our intuitive faculties. When we forget to surrender to the deep knowledge and spiritual acumen held within our cells, we tend to stifle our progress throughout life. Our cycles are allies that regulate the understanding of how to surrender when we need to. My manifesting students and clients have utilized it to set powerful intentions to manifest things such as babies, dream homes, job promotions, and soul mates. He referred to this as a ritual called Mind Marvels. I don’t want to give away all the juicy secrets of the process here, but what I will say is that the basic idea is to imprint your subconscious mind and surrender to the outcome. The first step is to come up with a statement or a declaration to the Universe. You need to do it as if your intention has already manifested. I have been teaching this process for well over five years now, and there is quite often a learning curve that is accompanied with trying out the ritual. Say Something Nice
A person is usually drawn to the ritual because they want to manifest, quickly, something that will make them feel better and feel more in control of their lives. And then I remind them that it’s not about the words, and it’s not even about their intentions. What happens with this process of imprinting your subconscious mind is that as you write, it becomes an automatic process. You actively engage in the experience of surrender. And when a person does this, it allows them to truly let go. It releases resistance. And this is the magic of manifesting. Let’s take manifesting as an example. Most people set an intention and get super attached to the outcome. They stalk the walls of the Universe for signs of confirmation. They believe that the object of their fixation must arrive in their desired timeline and in the perfect way or else manifesting is definitely a bunch of codswallop. Resistance is generated when you maintain tight and rigid rules and beliefs of control around how your life shows up for you. It has the same frequency as flushing a brick down a toilet. Flow, on the other hand, is the art of letting go. You are truly surrendered and in a state of trust that the Universe will deliver your desires in perfect divine timing. However, when you go with the flow, you tap into the magnificent stream of infinite wisdom and limitless possibilities. It’s fluid and simple and appears in your life with ease and grace. Surrendering clears space and invites the energy of newness and infinite wisdom to guide you on your journey. I have watched Hoarders, which highlights the suffering that manifests when we are unable to clear space in our lives and let go of things that no longer serve us. There are many different levels of intensity with hoarding behavior, but it mostly stems from previous trauma and an inability to let go of the past. The cases that I watched on Hoarders depict people that have been living in houses for decades where they had been unable to part with anything, such as empty cat food tins, milk cartons, toilet paper rolls. Keeping stacks of trash piled up to the roof leads to it being an extremely unhygienic and unsafe place to reside.
